Business cleaning in Copenhagen is a market where prices rarely sit out in the open. We state ours directly, and here's where others realistically land — so you can compare without spending a week on the phone.
Hourly rates in 2026
| Segment | Hourly incl. VAT | Real cost excl. VAT* |
|---|---|---|
| Budget platforms | 290–350 DKK | 232–280 DKK |
| Mid-size agencies | 350–440 DKK | 280–352 DKK |
| Mid-premium (where we sit) | 440–520 DKK | 352–416 DKK |
| Premium / specialist | 520–700 DKK | 416–560 DKK |
*The real cost for your business is the excl. VAT figure, because VAT is deductible. We invoice 490 DKK/hour incl. VAT — which is 392 DKK/hour as your real cost.
What does it typically come to per month?
Most B2B customers work with a monthly subscription rather than paying per visit. Here are realistic 2026 figures, based on our own agreements and the market generally:
| Type | Frequency | ~Price/mo incl. VAT |
|---|---|---|
| 100 m² office | 2×/week | 3,900–4,900 DKK |
| 150 m² office | 3×/week | 5,900–6,900 DKK |
| 80 m² shop on Strøget | 6×/week | 7,500–9,500 DKK |
| 200 m² showroom | 2×/week | 4,800–5,900 DKK |
| 90 m² clinic | 5×/week + hygiene requirements | 7,900–9,900 DKK |
What drives the price in practice?
- m² — the baseline, but not everything
- Frequency — 2×/week isn't 2× cheaper than daily, because each visit has setup time
- Industry — clinics, retail and law firms each have their own hygiene, discretion and documentation requirements
- Time window — evenings cost the same as mornings, but Saturdays land higher
- Access and keys — keybox or alarm system is standard, no extra charge
- Contract length — longer commitments are negotiated individually
Three red flags on B2B prices
- ‘From 99 DKK/hour’ — bait. Either excl. VAT without saying so, or a freelance arrangement without insurance or documentation.
- No CVR on the invoice — means you can't deduct it as a business expense.
- Rotating staff without a briefing — you spend more time explaining than cleaning saves you.
Frequently asked questions
- Is B2B cleaning deductible?
- Yes, fully as a business expense for any CVR-registered company. The VAT on the invoice is also deductible, so your real cost is the excl. VAT figure.
- How are prices negotiated on longer contracts?
- For agreements beyond 12 months or across multiple locations, individual quotes are standard — always ask.
- What about EAN invoicing?
- Public institutions and clinics can get EAN invoices. We set it up during onboarding so it happens automatically each month.
- Can we cancel if it doesn't fit?
- Yes. Standard 30-day notice for monthly subscriptions. No long lock-in.
- How fast can you start?
- Typically 1–2 weeks from agreement to first cleaning. For shops we can often begin within a week since the rhythm is more standardised.
