Yes. Typical for Nordhavn. We send two people consistently, come with a plan, and have a system for clean-desk policy.
Can you clean meeting rooms between meetings?
Ad-hoc meeting room cleaning during hours can be arranged, but it's an add-on beyond standard evening cleaning — requires someone present during opening hours.
What about coffee machines and vending machines?
We clean the exterior of coffee machines and wipe stainless steel. Interior service (descaling, cleaning cycles) is the supplier's task — we coordinate gladly.
EAN invoice possible?
Yes, for companies and institutions using public invoicing portals. Set up during onboarding.
How fast can we start?
Typically 1-2 weeks from agreement. For large offices (400+ m²) the first walk-through may take longer so we know your space properly before the regular rhythm starts.
