We also collect anonymous visitor statistics via Plausible Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track you across websites.
When you submit a booking request, we send a notification to our office mailbox, and your email address is set as the Reply-To header on that notification so we can respond to you directly. This means your email address passes through our email provider (Resend) and is briefly stored in our office inbox.

We use your data to:
- Give you a quote and plan your cleaning
- Coordinate visits with our team and keep your dedicated cleaner informed
- Send you invoices, receipts and confirmations

You can withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
