Terms of service
Terms for agreements with wiseGroup ApS (WillBeClean)
These terms apply to all services provided by wiseGroup ApS under the WillBeClean brand. By booking a cleaning with us, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, you're always welcome to write to contact@willbeclean.dk.
1. About us
We're a Danish cleaning company registered in Denmark, providing cleaning services for private homes, small offices and similar premises in Greater Copenhagen.
2. Services
We offer the following services. Each service follows a fixed checklist that we work through on every visit:
- Home cleaning — recurring cleaning of private homes, typically weekly or every other week
- Deep cleaning — thorough one-off or monthly cleaning
- Move-out cleaning — cleaning to AB-92 standard when you leave a rented home
- Post-renovation cleaning — tidying up after tradespeople and construction work
- Office cleaning — recurring cleaning for offices and smaller commercial premises
Specific add-ons (oven and fridge cleaning, ironing, laundry, balcony and terrace) can be added to a regular cleaning by agreement. We don't offer window cleaning — we're happy to refer you to a certified window cleaner.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25 % Danish VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.
- Private customers: home cleaning 479 DKK/hour incl. VAT. Larger one-off jobs (deep clean, move-out, post-renovation) are billed by hours spent — indicative prices are shown on each service page.
- Business customers: priced individually. Monthly invoicing by default.
- We accept payment via Stripe (card and MobilePay) and by bank transfer.
- Invoices are due 14 days after the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments incur reminder fees and interest in accordance with the Danish Interest Act (Renteloven). The first reminder is always sent free of charge.
4. Bookings and agreement
When you send us an enquiry or booking via willbeclean.dk, you first receive a receipt confirming we've got it. A binding agreement is formed only when we confirm a time and price with you — normally within two hours during business hours (weekdays 08:00-17:00).
We reserve the right to decline an enquiry if we don't have capacity or if the job is outside our service area.
5. Subscriptions and cancellation
Recurring cleaning agreements run until cancelled.

- No lock-in period
- Cancellations must be sent in writing to contact@willbeclean.dk
We believe you stay with us because we deliver — not because you're locked into a contract.
6. Cancelling or changing a single visit
You can change, move or cancel a visit free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the visit, we charge 50 % of the visit's price, unless the cancellation is due to force majeure (sudden illness, accident and the like).
If we fail to turn up at the agreed time for reasons within our control, you owe us nothing for that visit, and we offer a replacement time as soon as possible.
7. Keys and access
If you hand over keys to your home or office, we handle them according to a fixed protocol:
- Keys are stored securely and tagged with an internal code, not with a name or address
- Alarm codes and access codes are never shared via email or SMS
- When the relationship ends, we return the keys within 7 days
- You can ask for the immediate return of your keys at any time
8. Insurance and liability
We carry business liability insurance covering damage caused by our staff to your property or belongings during a cleaning.
Our total liability for damages is limited to the amount invoiced for the specific visit, unless the damage is caused by gross negligence or intent. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of business, loss of profit, or consequential damage.
9. Right to complain
If you're not satisfied with a cleaning, please contact us as soon as possible — and in any case within 48 hours of the visit. We come back within 24 hours during our business hours and put it right at no extra cost.
For consumer customers, a 2-year right to complain also applies under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) for any parts of our service that involve the supply of physical goods (for example equipment or cleaning products).
10. Right of withdrawal (14-day rule)
As a private consumer, when you agree to a service online, you have 14 days to withdraw from the agreement under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven).
If you want the cleaning to be carried out before the withdrawal period ends, you must expressly ask for it. Once the service has been fully delivered, the right of withdrawal lapses. If you withdraw before full delivery, you must pay for the part of the service already performed at the time of withdrawal.
Send withdrawal notices to contact@willbeclean.dk, specifying which agreement you're withdrawing from.
11. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by conditions outside that party's reasonable control — including natural disasters, strikes, government orders, epidemics, energy crises, war, or cyber-attacks on our infrastructure.
12. Disputes and governing law
This agreement is governed by Danish law. Any dispute should first be settled amicably. Failing that, disputes are resolved at the Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret) as the court of first instance.
Consumer customers may also bring a dispute before the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet), or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top. Where changes materially affect existing agreements, we give you at least 30 days' notice directly.
