Who you'll meet
Everyone is a full-time employee. Everyone is insured. Everyone is personally interviewed by Anna before they start. We're small on purpose — it's the only way to keep the promise that it's the same people who come, every time.

How we do things
One human to talk to. Not a call centre. Not a chatbot. Anna or Mette — and you know her by name.
It's the whole point. The same two people come each time. They remember your dog, which products you prefer, and where the key lives.
If anything isn't as it should be, we come back the day after and put it right. No charge. No argument.
Liability insurance on every staff member. Registered in Denmark, taxes paid on A-income, all proper. Nothing for you to worry about.
Keys handled by protocol. Access codes never shared over email. We're in your home — we take that seriously.
Eco-friendly products as standard. If you prefer something particular, we use yours. No harsh chemicals in your home.
We charge by the hour — 479 DKK/hour incl. VAT. After Danish servicefradrag (tax deduction for household services in private homes) it typically lands around 354 DKK/hour. The calculator in the booking flow works out the amount from m² and add-ons instantly. No hidden fees, no start-up charge.
Yes. That is the whole point of us. We match you with a dedicated team of 1-2 people, and they are the ones you get every time. If someone is ill, Anna or Mette contacts you personally before we send anyone else.
Yes. Everything can be changed, cancelled or moved free of charge up to 24 hours before. Cancellations under 24 hours are charged at 50%, unless it's force majeure.
Yes. We have full liability and business insurance. If we break something, our insurance covers it — no discussion. It rarely happens, but it's good to know.
Both work. By default we bring Nordic Swan Ecolabel eco-friendly products. If you prefer something specific, we note it on your customer profile so we use yours every time.
Usually within 5 business days. Contact us on a Tuesday and we can often be in your home the following Monday. For move-out and post-renovation, we can normally move even faster.
Yes. We service small and medium offices, clinics, shops and small production sites in Greater Copenhagen. Send us an inquiry and we'll respond with a fixed quote within 2 hours.
No. Subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. We believe you stay because we deliver — not because we've locked you in.
