How we do it
After hours — same time every evening
The shop closes at 6pm or 8pm, we arrive 30 minutes later. Fixed arrival and departure times. Your sales team only notices us in the perfect storefront the next morning.
Display surfaces — proper craft
Glass, brass, oak, zinc, marble — each surface has its cloth and cleaner. We know when microfibre works and when it leaves streaks. Luxury goods on shelves are given the necessary distance.
Discretion and key handling
Keybox or deposit, alarm code never shared via email. The team learns your alarm system on the first evening. Brand, customers and prices are never discussed — inside or out.
Monthly CVR / EAN invoice
E-conomic-ready invoice on the 1st of the month. EAN available for chains invoicing through public systems. Itemised per visit. Your bookkeeper doesn't need to reach out.
Price
Fixed monthly price, transparent hourly rate
490 DKK/hour incl. VAT (deductible for CVR businesses). Strøget shops with daily cleaning typically land 7,500–9,500 DKK/month incl. VAT. Smaller galleries or design shops with 3×/week: 4,500–6,500 DKK/month. For longer contracts we negotiate individually. We come by, work it through, and send a fixed monthly quote.

Tell us about the shop
Type (flagship, design shop, gallery), m², opening hours, staff count, special surfaces or goods (furniture, glass, textiles, jewellery). We respond within 2 hours.
Short walk-through + fixed quote
20 minutes on site after hours. We note access, alarm, display requirements, confidential areas. You get a fixed monthly quote and a work plan.
Fixed team starts
Same team every evening, same time, same protocol. The morning staff's first impression: the shop looks the way the customer imagines it. Week after week, year after year.
Done properly, no fuss. I run a small 120 m² office, and after three months they simply know how we like it. That's all I'm asking for.
Anna and Mette come every Thursday. They know our dog, where the key is kept, and have never missed a thing. It's nice to come home to.
Do you have experience with luxury retail?
Yes. HAY's flagship on Strøget is a regular client, and we also handle smaller design shops and galleries with display furniture and goods. We know the difference between wiping a Hans Wegner table and a flat-pack one — and handle each accordingly.
What about display windows and glass surfaces?
We wipe display glass on the inside so there are no fingerprints or day's dust. Window cleaning (exterior) is a separate craft — we can refer you to a window cleaner who comes at the same time if you want it coordinated.
Can you come before 10am if the shop opens late?
Yes. We have clients where we come at 6am, 8am, 6pm and 8pm. Matched to your closing schedule, not ours.
Are you CVR-registered and insured?
Yes. CVR 46073495 (wiseGroup ApS). Liability insured up to 10M DKK. Documentation provided with the first quote.
How fast can you start?
Typically within a week. Retail is one of the easier categories to onboard since the rhythm is more standardised than offices.
Can you handle event and launch cleaning?
Yes. Lookbook shoots, collection launches, press events, VIP visits — write to us in advance, we plan ad-hoc cleaning in. Same team, same standard.
