Showrooms and design studios are in a way the hardest — because every surface is part of the product. A scratch on a prototype table isn't ‘light wear’, it's a budget item. A stain on the corner of the sofa scheduled for photography on Wednesday is a problem.

How we do it
Surface-specific craft
Oak, walnut, zinc, steel, marble, glass, leather, wool. Each material has its technique. We don't clean an Oda Knudsen table with the same cloth as the floor — and that isn't a detail, it's a 20,000 DKK difference.
No moving without agreement
Furniture is positioned deliberately — often because a shoot or a new collection is set up. We move nothing without agreement. If something needs vacuuming behind, we agree it the first time and follow that plan point by point.
After hours or before opening
The studio closes at 5pm, we come at 6pm or at 6am the next morning. Agreed time, fixed arrival. Clients and visitors never see us — they only see a showroom with nothing out of place.
Confidentiality as working protocol
Prototypes, collections, client projects — we don't photograph, don't talk about you, don't share. NDA on request. CVR and liability insurance up to 10M DKK is standard with us.
Price
Fixed monthly price, transparent hourly rate
490 DKK/hour incl. VAT (deductible for CVR businesses). A 200 m² showroom with 2×/week typically lands 4,800–5,900 DKK/month incl. VAT. Design studios with evening or morning cleaning 3×/week: 5,500–7,500 DKK/month. Longer contracts negotiated individually. Short visit first, then fixed monthly quote.

Three steps. No fuss.
Tell us about the space
Type (showroom, studio, agency), m², special surfaces, prototypes, photo setups. Who's in daily, when we can work. We respond within 2 hours.
Visit + protocol
30 minutes on site. We note what may be moved, which surfaces need specific technique, confidential areas. You get a work plan and fixed monthly price.
Start with the same team
Same people each time — because every showroom has its own rules, and we don't want to relearn them weekly. You tell us about layout changes, we update the protocol.
Done properly, no fuss. I run a small 120 m² office, and after three months they simply know how we like it. That's all I'm asking for.
Anna and Mette come every Thursday. They know our dog, where the key is kept, and have never missed a thing. It's nice to come home to.
Can you clean during a photoshoot or launch week?
We fully adapt. During launch weeks we typically clean at 6am so the showroom is ready when the team arrives. During photoshoots we stay outside until you signal it's safe to come in.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. Confidentiality is working protocol, not marketing. If you have a standard NDA, we sign it before the first visit.
What about prototype furniture or unreleased products?
We touch nothing without explicit agreement. Prototypes on the floor we dust around — not on. If an object needs cleaning, we get a separate instruction.
Can you come on weekends?
Yes. Many showrooms want Monday morning cleanliness after weekend display. We come Sunday evening or early Monday.
How do you guard against damage?
Liability insurance up to 10M DKK. Protocol matters more: specific cloths per surface, no moving without agreement, two people on heavy items. We've never had a claim.
How quickly can we start?
1-2 weeks from agreement. The new team spends the first week learning the space — from week two it runs quietly.
