Shop closes at 6pm, we come at 7pm. Office closes at 5pm, we come at 6pm or at 6am. Clinic sees the last patient at 4pm, we come at 5pm. No customers, no patients, no staff disturbed.

The same team every time. They know your alarm system, keys, confidential areas and valuables. Showroom cases, display furniture, pharmacy cabinets — we know what may be touched and what may not.
Monthly CVR / EAN invoice
E-conomic-ready invoice on the 1st of the month with CVR. EAN for public clinics and institutions. Our people are on fixed A-income salary — no undocumented work, no grey zone. Your bookkeeper will thank you.
Discreet and insured
Law documents, patient records, customer data, luxury goods on shelves. We touch nothing, photograph nothing, talk about you to no one. Liability insured up to 10M DKK. Confidentiality isn't marketing — it's working protocol.
Price
Fixed monthly price, transparent hourly rate
490 DKK/hour incl. VAT (VAT is deductible for CVR-registered businesses). Clear, fixed, honest — you pay for the time we're with you. A 100 m² office cleaned twice weekly lands around 8-10 hours/month ≈ 3,900-4,900 DKK/month incl. VAT. Strøget shop with daily visits: more hours, more kroner. For larger ongoing contracts we agree pricing individually — drop us a line and we'll find something that fits. We come by for 20 minutes, work it through together, and send a fixed monthly quote.

Tell us about your premises
Office, shop, showroom, clinic or other? Square meters, daily visitors, closing schedule, special requirements (clean-desk, hygiene standard, alarm). We respond within 2 hours.
Short walk-through + fixed quote
20 minutes on site. We note access, alarm protocol, confidential areas, special surfaces (wood, zinc, marble). You get a fixed monthly price and a work plan.
Fixed team starts
Same team, same day, same time. Your customers, patients and staff only notice us in the result. Every week, year after year.
Done properly, no fuss. I run a small 120 m² office, and after three months they simply know how we like it. That's all I'm asking for.

Do you clean shops and showrooms too?
Yes. HAY flagship on Strøget and Triobike in Indre By are regular clients. We also cover smaller design shops, galleries and showrooms. We understand the importance of the place looking perfect when the door opens at 10am.
And clinics? Dentists, physio, skincare?
Yes, we clean several clinics in Copenhagen. We follow hygiene requirements, use approved disinfectants for treatment rooms and never touch patient records or medicine cabinets. We can provide certification documents.
Can you come after 6pm?
Yes. Standard hours are 5-9pm for offices, 7-11pm for Strøget shops, 6-8am for early morning. We adapt to your closing schedule, not the other way around.
What about alarms and keys?
Fixed protocol: keybox or deposit, code never shared via email, the team learns your alarm system at the first visit. If you change alarms, you let us know, we update together. We've never had an incident.
What if we have confidential documents or patient data?
We touch nothing. Clean-desk policy and GDPR respected. Confidential areas (server rooms, law offices, patient records, medicine cabinets) agreed specifically — typically we don't go in, or only with two people together. We can sign an NDA on request.
Can we get an invoice with CVR and EAN?
Yes. CVR always. EAN for public clinics and institutions — standard, set up at onboarding. Invoices sent on the 1st of the month, e-conomic-ready, itemized per visit.
What does it cost?
We're upfront about it: 490 DKK/hour incl. VAT — VAT is deductible for CVR-registered businesses, so your real cost is 390 DKK/hour. How much it ends up per month depends on m², frequency and industry. Typical 150 m² office 3× weekly ≈ 12-14 hours/month = 5,900-6,900 DKK/month incl. VAT. Strøget shop 6 days a week: more hours, more kroner. Clinic with extra hygiene requirements: add ~15-20% for materials and time. For larger ongoing contracts we negotiate pricing — drop us a line. Always a fixed monthly price after a short visit.
Can you handle event and Christmas party cleanup?
Yes, ad-hoc arranged directly. Christmas party, showroom launch, press event, extra cleaning before VIP visits — write to us, we plan it in. Typically same week or next day.
How fast can you start?
Typically 1-2 weeks from agreement to first cleaning. Short walk-through, fixed quote, then we start. For shops we can often begin within a week since the rhythm is more standardized.
Can you take just the kitchen or just the showroom floor?
Completely fine. We have clients where we only clean common areas, others where we take the whole place. Your choice — fixed price based on scope.
