Approved disinfection
We use disinfectants approved for healthcare use — typically alcohol-based and peroxide-based products. Treatment rooms, couches, rails, contact surfaces. Documentation can be shown during regulatory inspection.
GDPR-aware cleaning
Patient records, medicine cabinets, labs — we don't touch. Clean-desk protocol: if something's left out, we clean around it, not on it. We don't talk about patients, conditions or names — inside or out.
After the last patient
The clinic sees the last patient at 4pm or 5pm, we come immediately after. Morning opening at 8am — the clinic is ready, disinfection freshly applied, patients and staff only notice us in the clean result.
EAN and documentation
Monthly invoice with CVR, EAN for clinics invoicing via public systems. Cleaning protocol and product list can be shown at inspection or accreditation. We stand behind the documentation.
Price
Fixed monthly price, transparent hourly rate
490 DKK/hour incl. VAT (deductible for CVR businesses) plus a 15–20% surcharge for approved disinfectants and documentation. A 90 m² clinic with 5×/week cleaning and hygiene requirements typically lands 7,900–9,900 DKK/month incl. VAT. Public clinics with EAN billed individually. Short visit first, then fixed monthly price.

Tell us about the clinic
Type (dental, physio, dermatology, other), m², number of treatment rooms, opening hours, specific hygiene requirements or documentation you need to provide to regulators. We respond within 2 hours.
Protocol + approval
We visit the clinic, note confidential areas (patient records, medicine cabinets, labs), set up product list and documented protocol. You approve. Then we start.
Fixed team, same rhythm
Same two people each time, after hours. Monthly documentation is sent automatically. Any changes (new procedure, renovation, new medication requiring different agent), you let us know and we update.
Done properly, no fuss. I run a small 120 m² office, and after three months they simply know how we like it. That's all I'm asking for.

Do you meet the Danish Health Authority requirements?
Yes. We use disinfectants approved for healthcare and follow a documented protocol matching what the Danish Health Authority and Working Environment Authority expect. Documentation available on request or inspection.
Do you touch patient records?
No, never. GDPR and good practice. We clean around them, wipe nearby surfaces, but records, desk papers and patient files we don't touch. Clean-desk policy matters.
What about medicine cabinets and labs?
We don't enter unless you've given a specific protocol. Otherwise: floor and surrounding surface cleaning, never on the contents. In clinics with strict requirements we use a two-person key process so there's always oversight.
Can I get an EAN invoice?
Yes, for public clinics and institutions. Set up during onboarding and runs automatically after.
How fast can you start?
1–2 weeks. First week we use for visits, protocol setup and approval. Cleaning then starts in full rhythm.
Are you liability-insured?
Yes, up to 10M DKK. CVR 46073495 (wiseGroup ApS). Documentation provided with the first quote.
