How we price
479 DKK/hour incl. VAT. After Danish servicefradrag (household-services tax deduction, private homes) it typically lands around 354 DKK/hour. A typical visit: 2 hours for an apartment, 3 hours for a house. You pay for the time we actually use — indicative pricing, fixed price per visit after the first time.

Anna and Mette come every Thursday. They know our dog, where the key is kept, and have never missed a thing. It's nice to come home to.
We switched from Helpling because it was never the same person. Here it's the same two every week, and you can feel it. It's a small thing, but it's the whole thing.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most of our clients are not home. We agree on key protocol and alarm code at the first visit.
How long does it take?
A 75 m² apartment typically takes 2 hours with two people. A 140 m² house takes around 3 hours. We charge by the hour (479 DKK/hour incl. VAT, ~354 after Danish servicefradrag) and give you a fixed price per visit after the first time, so you know exactly what it costs.
Can I get the service deduction?
Yes — if you live in the apartment/house and are a full Danish tax resident, home cleaning qualifies for the service deduction. The 2026 cap is 18,300 DKK per person/year, and SKAT refunds 26% — up to 4,758 DKK back per person. Requirements: digital payment (MobilePay, card, bank transfer), invoice with our CVR, and you must be 18+. We put CVR on every invoice so you can claim the deduction when you file.
What cleaning products do you use?
Nordic Swan-labeled and gentle. We bring everything. If you have allergies or prefer a specific brand, we follow that — just say so.
What if something breaks?
We're fully insured. If we break a vase, insurance covers it. But it rarely happens — our team is small, experienced, and careful.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. Holiday, renovation, parental leave — give us 7 days' notice and we pause. You don't pay when we don't come.
How fast can you start?
Typically within 1-2 weeks. In busy periods (May, September) it can be 3 weeks. We reply within 2 hours with a concrete date.
