You receive a documented receipt with date, address, and checklist. Just send it to your landlord — it documents that cleaning was done to standard.

How we price
We charge by the hour — 479 DKK/hour incl. VAT (~354 DKK after Danish servicefradrag). Move-out with AB-92 deposit guarantee. Typical time: ≤70 m² 6-7 hours (~2,874-3,353 DKK), 71-100 m² 7-9 hours (~3,353-4,311 DKK), 101-130 m² 9-11 hours (~4,311-5,269 DKK). Over 130 m² we give a fixed quote after photos or a short visit. If the landlord has remarks — we come back free of charge.

Size, handover date, and special conditions (pets, smoking flat, damage). We send a fixed price within 2 hours.
We come when it fits
The day before or the same morning. You don't have to be there — we have an access protocol. We also work Saturdays.
Receipt and guarantee
We send photos and receipt when we're done. If the landlord has remarks, we come back. Free of charge.

What is AB-92 standard?
AB-92 is the standard landlords and tenants use to define when move-out cleaning is satisfactory. It covers all visible surfaces plus hidden places (behind radiators, inside cabinets, inside the oven).
What if the landlord still complains?
We come back within 48 hours and fix it. Free of charge. Our guarantee lasts 7 days from the visit. It rarely happens — but it's a safety that matters.
Do I need to empty the flat first?
Yes, fully empty including cabinets and fridge. Furniture and moving boxes must be gone before we start, otherwise we can't reach all surfaces. If you can't manage, we can reschedule.
Do you clean the windows?
No — that's a different craft. We thoroughly wipe window sills and frames so there's no dust, grease or marks (which is what AB-92 requires), but for the glass itself we refer you to a certified window cleaner. If your landlord specifically requires cleaned glass, we can help arrange it alongside our visit.
Can I get the service deduction?
Yes. Move-out cleaning in private rentals qualifies for servicefradrag — the 2026 cap is 18,300 DKK per person/year, SKAT refunds 26% (up to 4,758 DKK back per person). Requirements: digital payment, invoice with CVR, 18+. We put CVR on every invoice automatically.
Can you come the same day?
Usually yes, if you write early in the day and it's a weekday. An urgent surcharge may apply with less than 24 hours' notice.
How do I know it was done properly?
You get photos of all rooms after cleaning, plus a written receipt with the checklist reviewed. The same thing landlords assess against.
