Post-renovation cleaning is its own craft. It looks like normal cleaning but requires different tools: HEPA filters, specialist cloths, acid products for cement residue. Construction dust settles in grouting, over skirting boards, on ventilation grilles, behind radiators — places standard cleaning never reaches.

How we do it
Two passes, not one
First pass: rough dust and debris. Pause to let dust settle. Second pass: wet wash and detail. It's the only way to get construction dust fully out.
HEPA and professional equipment
HEPA-filtered vacuums (construction dust is harmful to the lungs — also ours), specialist cloths for gypsum dust, acid products for cement residue on tiles.
Ventilation, grouting, skirting
All the places normal cleaning stops. Ventilation grilles opened and cleaned. Grouting scrubbed. Skirting wiped above and below.
Ready for move-in the same day
Typically one workday for 75-100 m². After us you can move in directly — even with children or allergies. We test air quality on request.

How we price
We charge by the hour — 479 DKK/hour incl. VAT (~354 DKK after Danish servicefradrag). Two passes with HEPA filters and specialist tools. Typical time: ≤70 m² 7-8 hours (~3,353-3,832 DKK), 71-100 m² 8-10 hours (~3,832-4,790 DKK), 101-150 m² 10-13 hours (~4,790-6,227 DKK). Over 150 m² or after major renovations we give a fixed quote after photos or a short visit.
How it works

Send photos
Of the rooms after tradespeople. Square meters and scope (full renovation, kitchen only, paint work). We give a fixed price within 2 hours.
Rough pass
HEPA vacuuming, removal of plaster, tape, patches. We leave the space clean enough for air to settle.
Fine pass and handover
Same day or the next. Wet wash, details, polish. Walk-through before handover.

What's the difference between deep and post-renovation?
Deep cleaning goes deep on an inhabited home. Post-renovation handles construction dust, plaster residue, paint spots — materials not found in normal cleaning. Different tools, technique, time investment.
Can we move in the same day?
Yes, once the second pass is done. Air is clear, surfaces are clean. If you have asthma or small children, we can test with a particle counter before you move furniture in.
Do you remove paint spots too?
Yes, within reason. Spilled paint while fresh: yes. Dried paint on vinyl or wood floor may need special treatment — we'll be honest if it's too late.
What about construction dust in ventilation?
We open and clean visible ventilation grilles and channel entries. If deeper duct cleaning is needed (in major renovations), we refer to a specialist — we're honest about where our competence ends.
Can you come before the windows are installed?
No, we come after tradespeople are completely finished. If we come midway, the space gets dirty again — and you've paid for nothing. We'll coordinate timing directly with your contractor if you want.
How much notice do you need?
Normally 3-5 working days. In peak season (spring, before Christmas) it can be a week. We plan around your contractor's deadline so you get a ready flat exactly when you need it.
Can I get the service deduction?
Yes, if it's your private household. Post-renovation cleaning qualifies for servicefradrag — the 2026 cap is 18,300 DKK per person/year, SKAT refunds 26% (up to 4,758 DKK back per person). Requirements: digital payment, invoice with CVR, 18+. We put CVR on every invoice automatically.
